Salman in Puneet Issar's next

Actor- director Puneet Issar who was last seen directing Salman Khan in the 2004 film Garv- Pride and Honour will soon be teaming up with Khan for his next film. The film which will be a remake of the 2007 Malayalam super hit Happy Days, based on the story of a group of friends studying in an engineering college, will feature Salman in a cameo.

Confirming the development, Issar said that though it's still too early to talk about the film as he is currently working on the script of the film, Salman would feature in it. While Issar completes writing his film, Salman has back to back schedules of his home production Jai Ho, Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick, Sooraj Barjatya's tentatively titled Bade Bhaiya and Anees Bazmee's No Entry Mein Entry.

Sanjay Dutt granted 14 day furlough

We had recently reported that actor Sanjay Dutt had applied for a 14 day furlough for his leg treatment which has now been granted by the jail authorities. Sanjay Dutt has been out of jail for about 14 days already as he was granted with a parole a few days before. 

And now, the actor will return to his cell on October 29. The parole was too granted by the court on medical grounds post which this extension was granted. 

Sanjay Dutt is currently serving imprisonement for 42 months on the grounds of illegally possession of arms and ammunitions during the 1993 Mumbai blasts.

Aamir Khan was too busy to celebrate Eid with family!

Aamir Khan has been so busy of late that he couldn’t even spare some time out to spend a quality time with his family on the day of Eid. While his family was in Delhi celebrating Eid and the launch of Mansoor’s book, Aamir Khan flew down to Jaipur to shoot for Raju Hirani’s PK which also stars Anushka Sharma as the leading lady. Aamir Khan landed in Jaipur on Tuesday, taking an evening flight from Delhi, after shooting in the nation’s capital for over 15 days.

On wednesday morning Aamir Khan joined the entire crew in a village close to Jaipur. According to a source, “Accompanied by a huge crew of almost 200 people, the actor left for a small village called Dhulla Rao near Banskho early in the morning to shoot.” Raju Hirani had shot a few scenes where Aamir is seen walking down the muddy roads of the village on wednesday.

Adnan Sami asked to leave the country

Pakistani singer Adnan Sami has been residing in India after establishing a music career here. However, now he has been asked to leave the country owing to visa issues. 

Maharashtra Navnirman Chitrapat Karmachari Sena, the film wing of MNS, had asked Adnan to leave the country on Monday and now, the Mumbai Police has issued a notice on the same along with summoning him to the court. 

Adnan owns a Pakistani visa and the date issued for his stay in India is said to be from September 26, 2012 to October 6, 2013.

Big B down with stomach ailment and fever

One of bollywood's leading actors Amitabh Bachchan who has been shooting for his ongoing TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati has taken ill. The actor who recently celebrated his 71st birthday was diagnosed with fever and stomach infection.

Tweeting about his ailment, Bachchan posted, "OK ....nothing to panic ... I am down with fever .. and stomach infection .. my time today regretfully shall be limited to this only." However the megastar refused to take a break and continued shooting. He posted, "At work !! #KBC .. still struggling with ailment .. nothing easily achieved in life ..' jab tak jeevan hai tab tak sunghursh hai'!!"
